Harvests energy from the wind and sun to operate with no carbon footprint. SSS vehicles do not have traditional “monohulls” that displace water and create noise (including “hull slapping”). The vehicles have a low acoustic, heat, radar, and visual signature, which means they have a negligible environmental impact and are largely invisible.
SSS has an active Intellectual Property (IP) program that includes a number of issued and pending US patents as well as overseas to protect its unique vehicles.
Both HORUS™ and HERMES™ vehicles will have a submerging capability, which allows them to work above and below water.
SSS vehicles are designed as “edge computing” platforms that facilitate the onboard processing of data into actionable information for near real-time exception-based reporting.
Low CAPEX and OPEX with minimal infrastructure requirements allow SSS to focus on reducing its customers' Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Designed to be small and lightweight, we facilitate the deployment of fleets and swarms that can launch from beaches, docks, or other vehicles and work in the deep ocean or close to land.
Our game-changing vehicles are designed to function for months in good and bad weather. HERMES™ showed this on a 31-day mission, including storms at NATO sea state 5+ with high winds/waves. The submerging capability will allow vehicles to submerge to avoid bad actors and weather and listen/monitor above and below water.
Sustainability and climate awareness drive our mission. We support the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and are proud to address 6 SDGs as our systems maneuver and gather data throughout large bodies of water.
